Bandera Water Damage Project

This historic home located in Bandera, Texas suffered severe water damage when a hot water heater busted in the attic during the Texas Winter Storm of 2021. Water leaked down through the custom wood walls to the floor running across the home. Multiple bedrooms were affected.

Canco was able to salvage the wood walls by effectively drying them in place. The wood floors had already begun to warp and crack, they were carefully removed as the homeowner wanted to save them for an alternative purpose.

The home was packed out into storage containers by our pack-out team. Once the structure had been successfully dried, the build-back process began. Professionals of all scopes completed work in the home. The home was packed back in and cleaned up.

The homeowners were 100% satisfied with the work and have since had Canco back out for more work on their home.
